1. The CNC angle steel punching machine is equipped with two or three punching units, each capable of accommodating three different punch sizes. These punching units are precisely controlled via numerical control (NC) to ensure accurate positioning during punching operations. The machine is capable of executing both circular and oval hole punching. Its high-speed feeding and punching functions significantly enhance production efficiency. For 50×50×4mm angle steel, the production output can reach 9–10 tons over an eight-hour shift.
2. The marking unit of the CNC angle steel punching machine is housed within a sturdy and rigid frame. The marking system consists of four cassette sets, which can be selected through programming, with fully adjustable typing positions.
