The BHD series machine is a drilling solution designed for beams with dimensions up to 1250mm in width and 600mm in height. Primarily, it is utilized for hole processing on H-beams, channel beams, angles, and rectangular tubes. The positioning and feeding of the three spindles are all powered by servo motors. It features a spindle driven by a reducer, servo motor-based feeding, and CNC carriage-based in-feeding. APPLICATION:

FINISHED WORKPIECE STORAGE AREA: The workpiece is fed from the drilling unit and conveyed by a motor-driven power roller system with a chain. The finished product is then directly stored using four sets of trolleys.

 

AUTO FEEDING: The intelligent clamping system reduces manual labor. The trolley track is equipped with precision guide rails and racks, ensuring stable and accurate feeding.

 

EASY OPERATION: The system supports both online and offline programming methods. External information can be exchanged via a USB drive. It is compatible with TEKLA 3D software and DSTV files, enabling direct export of processing programs.
